This Privacy Policy explains how 248 Arena, operated by AiSync Services ("we," "us," "our"), handles information when you use our study application.

1. Information we collect

• Account info you provide, such as your name/arena tag and your cell phone number for sign-in. Sign-in uses a one-time text code and a session cookie; you do not create a password.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive only limited billing details and subscription status from Stripe.
• Usage data such as questions answered, scores, and progress, stored to power your stats and leaderboards. In the current version much of this is stored locally in your browser.
• Basic technical data such as device/browser type, used to keep the service working and secure.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, track your study progress, process your subscription, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run 248 Arena (such as Stripe and hosting/analytics providers), or when required by law.

We use Twilio to deliver the sign-in texts you request. Your phone number and verification message are sent to Twilio for this purpose. These sign-in requests do not subscribe you to marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data retention and your choices

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal/accounting purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can clear locally stored progress by clearing your browser storage.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

248 Arena is intended for adults preparing for a professional exam and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new date.
