This policy applies to paid 248 Arena subscriptions, operated by AiSync Services. Canceling stops future renewals; requesting a refund asks us to review a charge that has already been made.
When your checkout includes a 7-day free trial, you are not charged for the subscription during that trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Your checkout and Stripe confirmation show your trial end date, plan price, and billing schedule.
Because you get a full week free to evaluate the app, monthly charges are generally non-refundable once billed. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.
If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund, provided the request is made in good faith. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent renewal.
Use the Stripe billing portal to manage or cancel your subscription. Follow the cancellation steps until Stripe confirms the cancellation. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel billing.
To request a refund or get help canceling, email [email protected] with the subject 248 Arena refund request. Include your account phone number, the email on your Stripe receipt, the charge date and amount, and a brief explanation. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sign-in codes.
Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. We will review it against this policy and reply to the email you used to contact us. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
If you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, contact us — we'll make it right.
Complimentary and lifetime memberships with no purchase charge have no payment to refund. This does not affect a request about a separate paid subscription.
Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that apply under applicable law.
