248 Arena provides study content, practice questions, a code reference, and related features to help you prepare for the Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing Exam. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
248 Arena is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters, or any government or licensing body. Our content is for study purposes only, is not legal or professional advice, and is not an authoritative interpretation of 248 CMR or any code. Always consult the official code and a qualified professional for authoritative guidance. We do not guarantee any exam result.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your access secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
248 Arena is offered on a subscription basis. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged the then-current price (currently $19.99/month or $200/year). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute the content or your access; not to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service; and not to use it unlawfully. Your subscription is for your individual, personal use.
All content, questions, and materials in 248 Arena are owned by AiSync Services or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal exam preparation while your subscription is active.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
